How do I reset my StoovUpdated 6 months ago

If your Stoov is not charging or not charging properly, there are several possible causes.

First, make sure you are using the original Stoov charger that came with your device. It has a Stoov logo on the charger. If you have lost your charger, you can buy a new one here.

Reset 
Check if the charging light turns on as soon as you plug in your Stoov. If it does, you can often solve a charging issue by performing a reset. Below are instructions on how to perform a reset. If you would like video support during the reset, click here.

  1. Disconnect the battery from your Stoov.
  2. Connect the charging cable to the label on your Stoov. Wait until the charging light stays on constantly.
  3. Press the 'power button' for 10 seconds until all the lights go out. Upon release, the charging light will come back on.
  4. Reconnect the battery to your Stoov and it should work properly again. It is advisable to charge your Stoov for at least one hour.
