Carry on luggageUpdated 10 months ago

You can take your Stoov on the airplane! However, there are a few important points to consider. You may carry your Stoov on board in your carry-on luggage, but you must disconnect the battery from your Stoov before you fly.

Regulations
Most airlines allow lithium batteries in carry-on luggage, provided they fall within the internationally set capacity limits of 100 watt-hours (Wh). In the case of Stoov batteries, this is 48.6 Wh. You must disconnect the battery from your Stoov during the journey to prevent unintended activation.

Always consult the Airline
It is recommended to always contact your airline in advance for specific rules, as these can vary by airline and country. When traveling different rules may apply for transporting lithium batteries, so be sure to check this thoroughly for international flights.

By following these tips, you can safely take your Stoov on your travels!
